This event is organized based on the following guidelines. Your registration assumes you have accepted the organizer's conditions and that you agree to abide in full by these rules.

Every participant must register personally. Participation is only allowed with a bib number received from registering personally and from registration for this specific race. Bib numbers may not be altered in any way; any printed advertisements must remain fully visible. Instructions from any event staff must be followed at all times. Racers are not allowed to cut the course or leave it for any reason. Starting while under the influence of any performance-enhancing drugs or while doping is not allowed. Animals are not allowed on the course. Baby joggers or other wheeled carriers are not allowed on the course. Technical aids such as poles are not permitted. Escorting participants (e.g. on bikes, skates or otherwise) will lead to disqualification of the participant. In children's races, small children may be accompanied by a parent or adult. Headphones or earbuds are not allowed on the course. Garbage may only be thrown out at official aid stations. If a participant decides not to continue a race for any reason, he or she must report immediately to event staff (e.g. at the next aid or medical station). If this does not occur, the participant must bear the costs of any potential search.

Participants must have the appropriate conditioning for the race. Participants are obligated either to assess their own state of health or have it assessed in consultation with a medical professional to determine appropriate fitness for participation in the event. Organizers assume no liability for the health risks to participants.

Legal claims for services not utilized are not allowed. The organizer is authorized/required in the case natural disasters, official orders, or safety concerns to modify the event or course or to cancel it. In such cases, there will be no refunds of entry fees and no compensation or liability by the organizer in regards to any participant. A claim for a refund of entry fees in whole or in part is only allowed in the case the event is canceled in its entirety, and if that cancelation is executed by the organizer.

Participation is at your own risk. The organizer has no responsibility or liability for damages of any kind (e.g. health, accidents or theft). Liability by the organizer is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence. Liability by the organizer is limited to the maximum allowed under the event's liability insurance. Decisions are final with no right to appeal. Every participant must have liability insurance. Registration and/or starting the race affirms your agreement with this liability waiver. Every participant waives and releases organizers, sponsors, and area public officials or the city where the event is held from all claims of liability of any kind rising from participation in the event, including any and all damages or injury, personal or otherwise. The organizer declines any and all liability for damages in regard to spectators or other third parties.

Personal information submitted with registration will be saved electronically and used for the purpose of execution and handling of the event. The first name, last name, year of birth, residence, citizenship, bib number, race time and rank in the results of participants will be made public. Photography or film/video shot in partnership with the event organizer is permitted to be used by the organizer in various media and advertising medium without any claims for compensation.

Upon registration, every participant accepts all general terms and conditions of participation.
